.........and now I´ve listened to them and they sounded boring. The Album seems to be a perfect sleeping-pill. Bummer!
11 slow songs, only "Drummer" is a rocking one and "Up" sounds very very interesting like an Strange Frontier/Shove it track.

overall i like the mood of the first half of the album. the 2nd half seems to be more experimental.
"small" seems quite interesting as it is a huge upgrade to rodger's voice, imho. .
i stay very critical to "one night stand" and "say it's not true". they somehow don't fit into the bunch of tracks.

Mmm - although I will obviously reserve judgement until I can check full songs, the tracks on the first half of the album do sound very 'samey' both tempo and melody wise.
The lyrics to 'I'm a Drummer'....' are great though; Spinal Tap-esque but in a knowing self-depreciating way!
Veeery hard to say based on the samples, as Mr Taylor seems to have gone slightly experimental and certainly moody at times. I think it sounds promising though. I have no doubt The Unblinking Eye and Sunny Day are among Roger's best solo tunes, so... fingers crossed for the album!
HI there,
Sounds great to me. Heavy on the slow tracks (a bit like Happiness) but it sounds like one 64 year old rocker in a very happy space and happy relationship singing about it all. Hats off to RT I say!

Exactly. It sounds like Roger is simply being himself and does not force himself to please everyone. Also, it sounds very different from Queen, which might be a bitter pill to swallow for many gathered here ;) With no offence to anyone.
Can't see them on iTunes here in Australia. Fucken typical! :(
MAKKA: You can change the i-Tunes store at the Main Page. Somewhere at the bottom you can see the Australian flag. If you click on it you
can change to other i-Tunes -stores and listen to the bits, but you can´t buy there....

They are on the NZ iTunes :-)
That Kangaroo who went to sleep in the chemist shop is probably to blame; either that or David Warner decided to try to make a few new friends again by buggering it up.
Aussies.........gotta love 'em.
