So there are a lot of errors. Someone who has the boxset care to start a thread for the good things on there?

^ Good idea.
The purpose of thread was to advise on errors.
The idea being if you know what they are, you won't think it's just you that has the problem.
This is no cause for celebration.

Makes sense, thank you.
'The Lot' of errors :)
^ Somebody had to say it I guess ; )
Where are you now?
In the pub I reckon.

do not worry, Gary Taylor will find a word of justification. He say something like "We were too excited to notice the errors. and he'll say that this is the most magnificent box set, which he has ever seen.
I'm afraid tat I'll ignore Live at the Rainbow:-(
I already have the boxset, but if I hadn´t I wouldn´t cancel the order for the reason of some writing errors......thats silly. Nobody reads the lyrics and if someone would like to he can
find the missing lyrics on the net.....so.......let´s put the focus on the music.
But i also have the problems with the DVD, it seems to be a major fault. I´m curious if we will get offical apologies or pure ignorance

^ Is it me?
But it's not just about text errors, there are plenty of disc errors too.
If you are happy with the box set then good for you.
This thread was just to advise, and people can make their own judgement.

DVD problem could be that whoever encoded it set the field order the wrong way round.
I'm sorry, but duplication errors are one thing, but when errors are something that should have been picked up on before mastering the discs, then it's quite simply appalling.
Surely someone should have checked these before AND after duplication?
Quite simply it's shoddy quality control.
I'd expect a replacement disc program to be initiated forthwith, but if the attitude ends up being "we don't care, live with it", then I hope Roger can live with the fact that he'll have ended his solo career on a very sour note with his fans.

OK, time to lighten this up a little, folks...
Apparently Roger's website has gone online (again) - this time with a BRAND NEW instrumental track playing in the background, that is NOT on the new album!!!
And a pretty unusual one, too...I like it!
Go and check http://www.rogertaylorofficial.com
