good price for a fake? I'd say there ARE some characteristics that do look genuine to me - but assuming that Freddie's is genuine I'd say it's early 70s - not late 70s... weird, my feeling says it could be genuine, my brain says it's fake!
I feel the same we automatically think their fake because their are so many forgeries out there but when I pick the autograph up I'll have it checked out further who knows Freddie could of signed it in a rush or it could of been forged either way its still a good buy because of the framing.

I bought the queen autographs. Their is a extremely high chance on them being fake if so the frame which is worth £100 and I won the bid for £70 will be used on other things so it is still worth it. It also came with two slides of freddie shooting the great pretender and two cristal clear images of him performing at the corolado concert.
Reminded me of a story by Jeffrey Archer about a Chinese statue.

Having seen the accompanying Roger signature, the effort gone into making it look good, and the price, I'm now convinced it's a fake. The Freddie does have some nice characteristics of a VERY early signature (rushed, though) but not late 70s - it's a good attempt, but the price just gives it away. You got a good deal at £70 though, because of the picture discs and the frame....and, of course, the Colorado pics - breaking it all up could perhaps get you something back on it. Or indeed they're nice just to keep :)

if you're looking for memorabilia signed by Freddie - then a genuine signed copy of Made in Heaven is the holy grail for queen collectors - they're almost impossible to find ;-)
Very true theres a few reasons why it did not sell for more the item was collection only due to its size and the location is not a common one i come from Yorkshire UK and I have to drive 4 hours to pick it up. Anyway thanks for your help.
