My gran (who adores Freddie) wants me to say that Seaside Rendevous is her very special song. Makes her feel nostalgic in a good way.

In my case, I'd have to think of a few songs...
The first one is Ogre Battle. I read somewhere that the instrumental part is the same when played backwards. That's just crazy... When I listen at the song, I'm stunned that such a complex song possibly could be so extraordinary. I've once found a link on YouTube to listen it backwards. Though the lyrics were still included, which made it hard to listen to, it seemed quite legit!
Second is The March of the Black Queen, which is marvellous. Same goes for The Prophet's Song. Both are so complex, so intricate and vary so much that I am amazed. It's like Bohemian Rhapsody, just... lesser-known!
I'd also have included My Fairy King, but since we can't put our favourite song in it, I won't... :D

If you want just one, then it has to be Save Me. I'd also mention Who Wants To Live Forever, though.

Save Me strikes a very bittersweet chord in me personally. I think that vulnerability makes me more receptive to what a strikingly beautiful song it is. The first guitar solo as appears on Rock Montreal is one of Brian's most emotionally resounding, I believe.

I'll say "Breakthru". It was the first Queen song I heard when I was a girl in 1989, a couple of years before I became a fan. I think I didn't even know the name of the band back then but I remember being hypnotized by the videoclip (which I still love). Besides, it's a song that puts me in a very positive mood.
