The Nine Inch Nails version of GDML combines both original instrumental and vocal parts and those played and sung then added by Trent Reznor. He himself has called it a remix, but like all things NIN his version of a remix involves mush more than sliding faders up and down. As has been pointed out, it has been readily available in the past and is well know to NIN fans. They have also played it live in the past.
The NIN version of Get Down, Make Love is not a remix, but a cover version. It only features a couple of Queen samples (specially in the coda), but that's it. It is sung solely by Trent Reznor, and the instrumentation is 99.9% NIN.

I haven't watched Days Of Our Lives in awhile, but isn't there footage of the band recording My Melancholy Blues? I can't recall if the performance is different or not, though.
It's a re-creation performance of the BBC recording.

What's the little scratchy sound at the start of Melancholy Blues? I think its been discussed here before but no one really knows?

Well, if you listen to the actual song it's very difficult to make out any Queen material: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6snGcj3sBRM

I think there might be a couple of seconds at the end, plus a brief sample of We Will Rock You. In my opinion this is a cover, not a remix, but it might explain where these rumours come from.

What about the Evian remixes of WWRY? Did you forget them or intentionally skipped them?

Do these have anything to do with Queen? Unless I am mistaken there is no Queen material in the main mix, and the three remixes are all based on that main version (used in the TV ad).

I'd say these were covers, not remixes.

Hm... I don't know why I thought the backing track actually uses a remixed version of Queen's version.
