I was kidding. Mercury started it, Brian followed along with Roger, John put all the pieces together, the song was a mess.

...but I love all of John's songs.

Maybe I'll have to go to Lanzarote and thank the man for his compositions.

There isn't a bad John Deacon song, but if I really had pick just one. I think my favorite would be I Want To Break Free. Great song, epic video, and very underrated in my opinion

I Want To Break Free is not my favourite, but worth pointing out that even though it is considered a classic 'pop' song, it is unusual in that regard in that it doesn't contain a chorus at all!!

Maybe underrated by long-term Queen fans, but certainly not by the legions of people who bought it and sing along to it during the concerts.

My favourites, in no specific order:

Who Needs You
You and I
AOBTD
YMBF
IWTBF

Each of them is a true gem, in my opinion, even though the popularity of the last three made them more 'common' and a bit less attractive, for that reason.

"One Year Of Love" is a nice one....It's one of the least favorite Queen songs on Queenzone...but I personally like it....Funny, Highlander fans love the music in that movie, but the die hard Queen fans call AKOM crap as an album....
