Myself - I think the cut in Father To Son is there because they already had the "fake medley" concept for the video figured out (the fake medley was on the 1976 cinema version, as we now know), and they only pressed what they actually needed to the acetate, as acetates tend to be working versions at a particular time in the process.

The edit doesn't sound like a needle finding a skip. Where the song cuts back in, it is clearly a tape speeding up as if the pause button has been pressed to un-pause playback. 100% this is not the sound of a record needle being placed onto vinyl.

The vocal overdubs are still there. This may well be from the 20th, but it remains possible that this is simply a working version of the audio to be used for the video which actually contains audio of both nights.

Let's hope this sparks some good healthy discussion.

This, perhaps, is the best share I've seen on here in ages.

Thanks a bundle!

Thanks for sharing this wonderful concert.

This version of "White Queen" is already my favorite live. John Deacon is superb as allways.

One question: How do i open the PCM file?

Thanks again.
