I believe she's one of the makeup/stylist people for QAL.
It's good to hear that things are going well because this week must be a very heavy and concentrated rehearsal schedule!
And here's a tweet from Brian:
"@DrBrianMay
Yes, we're here in LA ! Queen + Adam Lambert rehearsing ourselves to the bone. The rig is massive and outrageous ! We will be ready ! Bri"
Another tweet, this one from a guy who directs concert videos. Fingers crossed for a QAL one!

Yes, that sounds very encouraging and I hope HIS reaction to Adam's voice is going to be the consensus at these concerts! I hope he blows everyone away!

taptap wrote: That is never going to happen. Those who don't like the Q+ projects will be adamantly opposed to the + no matter what, but in order to appear objective will simply claim he doesn't work well with Queen in an attempt to get under the skin of the more sensitive fans. Get used to it, it's going to happen. On the other hand, who cares? The arenas are sold out and the vast majority of attendees - most of whom would never seek out an online fan forum, are going to have a ball, and that's all that matters.
This is why Brian and Roger keep asking Adam to perform with them, despite the fact that a few of their hardcore fans don't approve. They've got marketing people and have figured out that the demand is due to a whole bunch of people that don't belong to the vocal minority yelling on social media. It's a done deal now, and the numbers speak for themselves. If you think you'll get all raves on a Queen site, or an idolbert site, it ain't gonna happen. Just like idolberts, fans have their special snowflakes and feel that to support someone else is to downgrade that flake. It doesn't make sense, but it happens all the time.
Just enjoy the heck out of the great experience, and watch for the next opportunity, because I'm betting more will appear with all the positive press on this tour, and all the positive media critiques on their past joint performances. And more importantly, it seems obvious that Brian and Roger intend to go out with a bang, and not a whimper, which bodes well for future projects.
I'm not holding my breath that the hardcore Queen fans are ever going to accept Adam, but if the reviews of the early shows are really good, it would be very interesting if some of them decide to buy some last minute tickets from the ticket brokers. If they don't, so be it -- it won't take anything away from MY enjoyment of the show, that's for sure!

taptap wrote: There are hardly any tickets left. It really won't make a bit of difference in the big scheme of things if they do or don't. Financially at least, the tour is already wildly successful.
Yes, someone posted on another site that ticket sales are over $69 million in the USA!
Hi guys, this is my first post here!
I'm so excited about this tour. I've been waiting for Queen to return to the U.S. since I saw the Q + PR tour at the DCU Center in Worcester and the Wachovia Spectrum in Philadelphia. What a thrill to be able to see Brian and Roger live again! :D

Hi there! Where will you be seeing them? In Philly?
Arrgh! I have chronic bronchial issues that crop up twice a year or so and have been in the midst of one for a week. It's got one more week to be gone or I am gonna be pissed!
