It seems that next week it´s going to air a new documentary in Australian TV. It looks really interesting:

The thing that is new to me from this clip is to know that Freddie watched "Wayne´s World" and gave his approval. Good to know that. Mike Myers really showed that he respects the band and the music.
So, can anyone record it and share it here in Queenzone? Thanks.

From the clip, this does look really good.
As a drummer, I selfishly found it interesting that Roger seems to have moved to much smaller shallow 'hyperdrive' style toms than he has ever used before!!

Freddie watched Wayne's World? Wow, never knew that either. That's pretty cool, that he lived long enough to be given an advanced screening of it, most likely at Garden Lodge.
its on next sunday night on channel 7......I thought waynes world was released in late '92/early '93
"We drink his blood daily" ... the never ending fountain of Roger wit.
@ 3:10, where's the clip of Brian from?

Indeed, me too, have to say i'm rather disappointed to see such a small kit... I love the big toms he used to use, and was hoping he might pull out one of the old VAST kits for this supposed last ever world tour

.
No wonder he and Freddie got along so well. Soulmates!
The waynes world thing sounds like more rubbish from the mouth of Brian.
Although not impossible i suppose.

i think they are the smallest toms ive seen him use. however there has been a trend in recent years for a lot of drummers to scale doen the size and number of drums they use.
also drum manafacturing has improved and some small size drums produce a big sound. Ilan Ruben for example uses quite small tom sizes but produces an awsome sound
From what you could see, RT's kit still looks to be in keeping with the last tour, just that the toms are not as deep. it could also be the case that this is a kit that he was trying out at the time and has chosen not to use.

Not a nice thing to say. I really can´t understand the negativity in Queenzone towards Brian, and i don´t want to. Next time, keep it to yourself!
Nope. No way Freddie saw waynes world, missed it by about a year I'd guess.

What makes you think that? Even Meyer's father is said to have seen a rough cut, and he died before Freddie.

^ this.
Films are completed long, long before they are released. Sometimes more than a year.
Obviously some people here have never been to a theatre in the winter where they show previews of films to be shown in the autumn..
