Roger's getting tired and Adam's larynx needs a break, but it seems that these songs are fading from the 2014 tour setlist. Also any chance of new songs appearing and flexible set lists are very remote. So much for being "live and dangerous". What we are hearing performed is being done well and that's a plus, but at the expense of being predictable too.

I was thinking a few days ago about how could Adam could keep the whole tour using his voice like that...
Its sad to remove Show Must Go On but it could be nice to have an acoustic song, She Makes Me could be an amazing song for the remaining dates...!

whys Roger getting tired? in know he's 64 but in pretty good shape charlie watts for the rolling stones is still doing it and he was suffering from cancer a few years ago, as for the changing set lists not many bands change their sets through a tour, be it from one direction to the rolling stones their tours have not changed through out

Brian said that TSMGO was dropped as there was a 10.30 curfew at the venue that night (can't remember which one off the top of my head) so they had to drop a song out of the set list to meet curfew but it will be back in.

Hey that's good news as what I've heard so so far, it has been a show stopper. Thanks for the tip!

From what i have seen Charlie Watts from the Rolling Stones playes nowhere near the power and audacity of Roger. He seems like a laid back/swing drum player even from the early years.
These days he seems like he had a stroke or something...

But why the remarks about Roger in your first post, when clearly he´s getting better each show?
Roger looks and sounds fresh to me, so i really don´t know where you get the idea that Roger is getting so tired that they have to drop songs out of the set.

Oops ^^^
Charlie Watts, despite his laid back appearance , is a hard hitting drummer. Like any band, seeing tThe Stones Live is a lot different to watching them on TV.
Many of the old big band drummers were big hitters, with a similar style to Charlie Watts.
Don't let the grand dad appearance and small kit deceive you!

^^^ I have seen The Stones Live but actually i couldn't tell if Mr.Watts was a hard hitting drummer beeing too far from the stage and also only 13 at the time.
However i really don't remember him (from video footage over time) doing the powerfull/fast drum-rolls that songs like Now I am Here requiire.

Charlie Watts along with Johnny Rotten are the luckiest men in the history of music to make a living out of it...

Stones and Queen are completely different bands.
Charlie is great in what he does and what the Stones' type of music require him to do.
Having seen the Stones on their current '14 on fire tour' I would say that they are a WAY better live act that "Queen" is these days.

If I was to have a minor complaint is that Roger clearly gets in shape during the tour as opposed to before. It is evident as he hits way harder as the tours go on. It's been like this since the Paul Rodgers tours.
