Adam didn't hit all the high notes in Uncasville. That was my fourth show in a row and it was the first time this happened.
Roger seems to be doing just fine. In the 2005/6 tours some people speculated that Roger could not play Now I'm Here anymore. Now he's doing just that and then some.
How about treating us to some good 'ol I'm in Love with my Car tonight in Jersey, Rog?

And what about Joey Kramer? He´s touring right now and have the same age as Roger...And Aerosmith songs requires a good amount of power.

No TSMGO in Jersey either. Several technical issues or shortcomings: the curtain didn't work well, there was no 'Guitar cam' during FBG and no yellow confetti in the end... also, Adam avoids hitting a few high notes and fucks up the lyrics to We Will Rock You and, I think, Radio Ga Ga. God Save the Queen took embarrasingly long to start. A couple of akward looks by Brian and Roger while they waited to take their bow.
Someone is getting fired tonight. :S

Hullo Mr Queen Fan,
The reason I put forth the notion that Roger might be tiring was that the tempo and double kick work in DSMN might be too much. I also thought about the way that Rufus takes over the kit on TYMD. This being said, NIH and Stone Cold... are moving along nicely. No malice intended, just trying to work out 'why'

Listening to Stone cold crazy in Chicago and now it s completely a different song and Roger NOW plays very well. For me they dropping songs while AL can t sing like he has done in this month. Queen songs are demanding.
Another thing...who compares the drumming of RMT with the drumming of ChARLIE WATTS really understand nothing about drums...
Rog is 64 still plays very energetic, still fills on time plus he s got an enormous drum kit...,he doesn t lie down like he s sitting in a sofa...
C=mon guys..Respect for Rog

I haven't seen any footage of Don't Stop Me Now from the current tour - can you enlighten me as to what double kick drum work Roger is doing on this? As the record and all previously played live versions it doesn't have any double work so I'm really intrigued to know what he is now doing on it (especially when he doesn't use any double kick on any of the other songs).
Thanks

Apparently they played I was born to love you in the soundcheck for the Jersey show. I just heard a sample of it on YouTube. Full band, rock version.
Hopefully they will play it in Atlantic City.

Gorgeous. The doc absolutely nails the guitar parts.

But something tells me they're just running it at soundcheck for the Japanese dates, since it was a hit there and not here.

Yup, that makes the most sense.
I feel bad complaining about them not changing the setlist since (a) they've always been like that, and (b) the setlist is too fucking good.
I would have never imagined seeing them play Now I'm Here, Stone Cold Crazy, Seven Seas of Rhye, Killer Queen and In the Lap of the -frickin'- Gods... not in the same tour, let alone within 30 minutes on the same show.
Having said that... would it kill them to squeeze Keep Yourself Alive between Seven Seas of Rhye and Killer Queen? Maybe Brian could do something 'spontaneous' (as in, 'rehearsed to appear unrehearsed') and add some freebies into his acoustic set. Or they could bring back any of the songs that they played with Adam in 2012 (WWRY fast, Dragon Attack, Break Free, etc.)
I'm not asking for anything they haven't done in the last couple of years. That alone would take it to a whole new level for me (beyond "Awesome", which is where they stand today).
Hey, this is a sensible request. Isn't it?
It's not like I'm a Facebook user posting "What?? No Breakthru or Slightly Mad?? THIS IS BULSHIT!!"
