Copy/paste worked, so don't fret.

Thought the first and last thirty seconds of 'Atmosphere' keyboards sounded like a Carole King/Gerry Goffin collaboration. Skipped the middle part, because I don't like rap.

Made it through about five seconds of the thread starter

Does Bob Dylan classify as a rap artist? Like, Subterranean Homesick Blues? :D
Any way the wind blows...

Nope, that's called a "talking blues", it's been around since at least the 1920s: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talking_blues .

I head some Plan B recently, which was surprisingly good, although I don't know if that could be labeled as rap.

Some Public Enemy lyrics make me smile.
"Queen is the only band in the world that can play so heavily that your nose bleeds, then offer a silk handkerchief to clean up with."

To be fair, I don't like rap and never have, but I do like some things like Debbie Harry rapping in Rapture (also check out Military Rap on her first solo album), the song World In Motion by New Order (it's also got rapping in it) and the above posted Stutter Rap.
