One more question Wizard, does your share really contain Son & Daughter as stated in your first post as it was not in the 2009 BBC broadcast? If it does not then I also have this on an iTunes (2009 mix) video.

To clarify, these two wav files are from m4v and would be lossy.
On this merge only White Queen is actually lossless (If you rate CD quality as lossless of course)
Nicam audio from analogue TV would be a less lossy source for the bulk of this merge.

^ I'll try my best to get a copy.
I only mentioned it again on this thread in case somebody here recorded a copy from analogue TV on a nicam VCR rather than from the digital broadcast.
Sorry, I misunderstood when you said keep it lossless in your first post.
