Apparently Brian said the Sydney concert was being filmed ! So my guess is Xmas release ?

That's good news. I listened to the live online stream and the band sounded great so did the audience the atmosphere sounded great too. Plus a debut for AKOM sung by Roger in place of the bass solo,
Should make for a great release if they use this show.

Hi there,
I'm slowly coming down to earth after a mind-blowingly unreal concert!. Holy fuck, I never thought it would be anywhere near good as it was. The sound was faultless, Roger's drums sounded massive, particularly the toms. The whole band were great, but Brian in particular was an unending flow of magic solos and truly personal charm. The lights and effects were astounding. Without any doubt, young Adam Lambert was just great. While he still can over do the vocal noodling, he has a phenomenal set of pipes.
Back in Sydney in 1976 it was my first rock concert. What a pleasure it was to take my two boys to their first rock concert. It was just pure fun and joy.Very highly recommended if you can get tickets. Loved it all.

glad u had a good time. i saw them in uk in 2008 and a kind of magic was awesome...class drumming and audience went wild, about time they reintroduced it. only when u see them live can u appreciate the quality of their musical skill and massive sound they have.

I was at the show earlier, i noticed a few cameras around/on the stage but I just assumed that they were for the big screens in the arena.

Makes sense to film it, they have another night to get it perfect for the cameras or they can paste the best of the two nights together. Déjà vu....?

I read they are recording the whole tour in UHD using the cameras' feed.

Brian apparently told the audience the show was being filmed.

Will it be an aussie exclusive

I was thinking in Sydney '85 too. I thought it was weird film only one song when they could have film the entire gig.
But this is good news anyways. i doubt we'll see it this year, maybe for the next summer or '15 Xmas.

If there were 4-5 guys with cameras, then they were only used for the video feed.
