I really doubt the cameras used to feed the screens are capable of 4K.

Sure the cameras aren't 4K. But you'll be surprised how small can be HD cameras nowdays, only 4-5 cameramen don't mean the show can't be recorded for a release.

If i'm not mistaken, none of the '84 shows were filmed. I guess Queen weren't in a very good mood at that time, and spend extra money to film a gig probably wasn't in their agenda.

Brian said on his Twitter page that the "Video Selfie" he took with the crowd in the background was unable to be posted because he made a mistake recording it or something, BUT said...... "Sorry no tweet of last night's video selfie stick epic. I messed up ! No vid. But we recorded the whole show so you may still see it".

So maybe there is a chance for a release.

Part of the first Brussels show was filmed by a film crew.

Also the production rehearsals in Munich were filmed
