If anyone already own the box set, there are photos of the tape boxes with track listings on the back inside the hard cover book.

Is there any mention of 'hangman','big spender' and 'bama lama bama loo' in the trackilst of the tapebox for march 1974 show?

Without wanting to sound like a conspiracy theorist, it wouldn't be that hard for QPL to 'Photoshop' the mention of 'Hangman' out of the track listing pics if they saw fit to!!

I wonder what happened to that acetate 2LP then??

I had to log in as soon as I read this thread.

When I heard about the Rainbow release, i thought the same thing "ok, nothing we haven't seen or heard before" but, much to my surprise, I hear different vocals than on the overdubbed version we all know and love.

Can anyone confirm this? my only reference is a youtube clip and the official trailer. If it's the original vocal track, it'll be like listening for the first time!

-Sorry if I seem to come out of nowhere. Been a QZ follower since the early 00's (first as lankestermerrin) but I rarely login since I mostly come here to catch up on the latest news. Cheers, everybody.
Oh, To fall in love was my very first mistake.

It is like listening to it for the first time to me. At some places the vocals are totally different from the old version, at some places it's not. The audio is just so much better - that itself makes buying the CD worth it.
