Yup. Thought this was pretty special.
One or two of the Freddie lines are absolutely spot-on, particularly when he tries the lighter style of singing.
It's quite interesting that in general the Fred tone he has there is more of a late 80s/early 90s Fred. Some bits sound like they could have been taken from the Innuendo album - that's not the Fred voice that people usually impersonate. Though I guess that's just how it turned out, given the natural timbre of Marc's voice.

yep me too, as the majority on Queenzone. No interest in that Queer fronting Brian and Roger now with his porn movements and vulgar jokes. Sorry... he's having fun on stage and yes he has a great voice , but he makes one big disaster of the Queen legacy.

Adam is not Freddie, of course, Adam is Adam, a live artist being original in a live band with original members.
How can someone prefer a guy with an amazing vocal range, nice chemistry within the band, and a personality of his own over a wannabe?
If he looks like Freddie, sings like Freddie and moves like Freddie, but is not Freddie, then its an impersonator.

Because the guy we would ALL like to see as Queen's front man died almost 23 years ago. The closest we can ever get to that guy is Marc Martel. He sounds amazing and he doesn't do stuff that makes people angry.
Don't get me wrong, I like Adam but what he did to WATC on the 2012 tour (and probably also this year) made me furious. Just one example of how his oversinging destroys Queen songs. Also his live performances are way too camp for my taste. And yes, so was Freddie's in the 70s.

Marc is fabulous. His voice is professionally trained. Yes, he would have made a wonderful man if not for
1) he is a married man
2) he is not gay
) his former band was a Christian band
4) he speaks at least two languages, and is obviously an educated man
5) he is not theatrical on stage
6) he plays musical instruments, writes his own songs
Therefore, he is not of interest to Brian and Roger as a collaborative partner.

For those of us who really like him, let us show it by supporting his music.

Since when being married, speak more than one language, the lack of theatricality, being able to play an instrument or the sexual preferences mean someone can sing?
Just like Marc, Adam is professionally trained too, but Freddie wasnt, so what? That's irrelevant.
Adam is his own character, which may be loved or hated, just like happens to everyone who dares to be original. Marc? Well, the guy can sing, of course, but if he want to be original he should stop being a wannabe and be himself, just like he did before the QE.

I'm gonna follow his career with interest, I have a feeling the comparison with Freddie will haunt him though !

I think you have some serious issues if you're able to dismiss this guy as a wannabe anything.

Mindblowingly awesome.
I also hope the Freddie typecast doesn't follow him around. But - it's what gave him his name. Let's see if he breaks the typecast. If Julie Andrews and Adele could do it, so can he.

He really sounds nothing like Pavarotti. There are oceans between the two voices. Like other posters before me I think he should find his own voice, he is a very good singer and should emancipate from the big names. Rather than a shade of Pavarotti he should become an excellent Martel.
