This forum could be filled with posts about how "wrong" the Q+AL collaboration is. That's SUBJECTIVE.

The tour was a success, Q+AL did a lot of money, there's a huge demand for Q+AL tours. That's a FACT.

A heavily edited video wont change that.

What i have seen looks better the with PR...

This is so different from 2012. Adam seems much more self-confident and running totally his own show. I dont't like his show, but he is still miles ahead of Paul Rodgers in being a suitable guest vocalist for Queen. Brian must feel so embarassed when Adam makes his stupid childish jokes (he explained that he likes nuts three times or something, come on!).

Adam is not a guest vocalist guys, because Brian has sneakily made him permanent lead singer of Queen,
Horrible, humiliating and in bad taste.

before i make my comment - let's make one thing clear - i really dislike AL, but it's 100% Bri & Roger's right to do as they please - and rational fans respect that.

now. some names for you:- John Bonham, Bon Scott, Phil Lynott, Michael Hutchence, Keith Moon, Jim Morrison - ALL of their bands continued after these a key band member died.

Now as for replacing lead singers - (death, sacking, or leaving):- Sabbath, Genesis, Yes, Judas Priest, INXS, ACDC, Journey, Boston, Purple (four singers), skynyrd, van halen, rainbow, floyd, foreigner, maiden, the doors, and many more - it's rock n roll - it happens. get over it.

you beef isn't with AL - as you've already declared yourself a "queen purist" - so in principle you're against ANY replacement. You constantly shouting it from the rooftops changes nothing. Gerry we ALREADY get it, we knew how you felt about it LONG ago.

You'd help your cause if YOU could factually explain WHY you need to keep banging the "anti-Queen+" drum, rather than just saying the same thing over.

Sadly, from what I'd seen Adam was the liveliest part of the Tour. He berated people for being unenthusiastic (hard when you're carrying a show to have an unenthusiastic/lazy crowd)


He called out phony bitches, andhad fun with it.


The only AND .... SUPREME offense I'd gotten from the shows were Brian and Roger's lack of DARING and .... the worst thing of all. ... letting Lambert Don the crown.


THAT was nearly disgusting


Please hold Freddie in that regard.

They should have paused or shown FRED during god save the queen.

Although I don't like British "royalty" they should have reserved THAT moment for Freddie.

Not doing that was almost sickening. Disgusting.

But aside from that ... He carried the audience entertainingly. FAR better than his premier gigs.



That said. ...I hope he gets pelted with the crown in the UK.

Fans over here were Lambertian.

It was almost appalling.

Everything can NOT be all light & roses on here and people have to balance the books by disagreeing just like i do.
