I guess this thread isn't about the currency, is it?

6-1 Scotland. Only Gibraltar, but a big win which keeps us in touch. And Steven Fletcher has just become the first Scotland player to score a hat-trick in an international for 46 years.
I think we will beat Germany and Poland at home, and Ireland away. Even if we don't beat Germany, I'd say that wins over the other two will see us safely qualify.
Politics wise, Scotland has woken up! SNP are going to blitz the General Election in May, and polls suggest they'll take 53 of the 59 Scottish seats at Westminster. There's also a swing towards favouring independence, currently sitting at 52%. I think I heard that over 60% of Scots want another referendum following on from the blatant reneging of the promise of devo max from the unionist parties. Also, the main Scottish newspaper has been found guilty of falsely representing political news during the referendum, with blatant support of the union.
I am an SNP member and activist, and have just attended conference over the weekend. The support we're getting on the street as we man campaign stalls, knock on doors and leaflet is staggering, and the polling we conduct ourselves is very promising. Onwards and upwards!!
