What do you think if we make an live album with same playlist from magic tour BUT with the best versions on the Magic Tour 1986
I know we can pull it of.

I had a thought years ago that something like that would be cool, but taken from all eras......kinda the 'ultimate Queen concert' if you will........
I think it would take a hell of an editing job, though.......not only to edit the songs together, but make the sound consistent from song to song!
I'm happy enough with just finding the best shows, and listening to them over and over again..:)

I would definitely use the One Vision from Newcastle. The outro is really drawn out and it sounds awesome.
I've often thought about doing this, but the varying quality of the different shows has been putting me off.

Not anymore, now that the complete show was released on DVD.
But it wasn't released on audio yet! :P
Just about everything on Live Magic is an edited version! And then theres that edit of BoRhap.........*shudder*

I bought this, just for the fact that it had a natural crowd sound after WWRY into WATC, and eliminated FWBF (rather than the somewhat harsh edit of my CD to tape recording). The tape only lasted about two years.
