Without a doubt it's the same tech rehearsals in early June, but perhaps a different day?
They're clearly in a rehearsal space, not in Wembley Stadium. And even though they had a day off after the Newcastle show, there's not a chance they set up their rig in an entirely different place when their crew had to carve out an end of the stadium to fit their stage into. Nor would the band need to rehearse when they're well into their stride a month into the tour.
And finally - look at how short Deacon's hair is in the footage. It's definitely long before Wembley.
