Why Mercuryman12? Why?
Don't share it, PLEASE. brians wig will share it later. Why you are so excited about it?! It's the same as Rainbow but in a different place. The same setlist. The same band. The same clichés. Why?
To make a point that bootlegs are meant to be shared free. Buying a shitty vinyl transfer is not worth it

That isn't going to be a bootleg!
He is going to press some vinyls for him and his friends, and then share the concert here! It's so difficult to understand it?!

Still he may have given it to QP who may go out to try to snatch the bootleg up

And what's the problem? If he wants to make money out of HIS recording, what's the problem? It's something illegal? NO. (cause it isn't a bootleg!)

Don't some bootlegs have the phrase. Don't make a profit from this? It doesn't matter I've shared it and now people can get it and enjoy it without dealing with BE

Read the entire thread and you'll see why i don't want it leaked yet.
Unless of course, you are happy for the big bootleg firms like Wardour and Tarantura to make their own copies (as they ALWAYS do) and sell them to those people who like to have pressed CDs and vinyls as opposed to CD-R copies.
This will inevitably happen, but I want to have some pressed myself (and I'm not talking hundreds or thousands) so that as many of those collectors as possible can have a copy at cost price instead of paying the extortionate rip-off prices charged by the bootleg companies. Did you know a Wardour CD set tends to sell for about £60? £60! Chuff me.
WHY should anyone make a shit load of money from bootlegs, especially when they've just ripped off the recording form a website like this?
DO YOU UNDERSTAND why I'm trying to keep this under the radar for the moment????? Even the person who posted it understands that and they removed the link!
YOU might not be interested in vinyls or pressed discs, but other people are.
As for QP snatching bootlegs. They've never done it yet. Are you somehow worried that if bootlegs hit the market first and get 'snatched' by QP, this recording will never surface?

Mercuryman - You're an asshole.

At least have some respect for the person who shared it in the first place, and his wishes. It is a piece of history, so in that sense, in a perfect world, we'd all be able to access it. But that just isn't how it works - the recording belongs to Brian's Wig, it's his choice what he does with it, and if we're to be decent people then we'll try our best to also maintain his wishes regarding how it's publicised.

Reported to YourValentine. I never thought that I had to do that, but like you said: Too late. What's done is done.

You still don't get it do you?
You've just put the recording firmly in the hands of the big bootlegging firms who will now make shit loads of money out of people who otherwise could have got a pressed CD or vinyl a lot cheaper.
Wow. How selfish are you?
There's an old saying: "Don't bite the hand that feeds" and I've helped feed this community since it started, what, nearly 15 years ago now is it, and lots of people here are aware of that and appreciate it as you will see if you read this whole thread.
By flaunting complete disregard for a fellow members' request to hold off for just a few weeks, I can see a lot of other people who have also fed this community will now be keeping their recordings/rarities to themselves.
How's that for a result then?

Thanks to god, when you enter to the mediafire link, a message appears: "The owner of this folder has not added any files.".
You will press the vinyls!

Indeed, the cached version of the first page doesn't go back quite far enough to have the download link.
For fucks sake.
Everyone else has requested my wishes to keep this private for the time being for reasons stated here a few times, yet you don't seem to give a shit.
PLEASE remove this link!
I've done a google search. Everyone can do that. Don't blame me for knowing how to use google cache. Blame the original uploader...
