I did read, and he actually writes about takers who never giver nothing to the community.
On the other hand I don't download the shows, and give to the community e.g. by pointing out the unwritten motivations of people.
(Whether you want them to be pointed out or not is a matter of opinion...)

If you sell an unreleased / uncirculated recording fine. Sell it. Forget about it. Don't circulate copies. EVER.
The buyer is the new owner. By selling you've lost your ownership and the power to do with this recording whatever you want.
If you trade an uncirculated recording, and thus bring it in circulation, don't try to sell it as unreleased / uncirculated. It's not!

So, what's this now? The auctions removed from ebay right after they were mentioned here makes me believe brians wig himself tried to sell the items. And I don't get why he can't still press or burn the recording even though it was already shared freely. Imho the only reason would be loosing customers/profit. Someone please explain this to me. I managed to download the recording from the op btw. For now I won't give it to anybody, but I might simply upload my files just to stop this.
