mad, bad and dangerous to know CD

maybe this question was already done by someone but I don't find it.
I like to know if this Cd (made in switzerland) is original or it is a fake, because the graphic is just "slightly different" from the English version and someone (i don't remember where i read it) put the picture online writing that this version was counterfeit, despite worth much less than the English and Japanese versions.
A curious thing is that I bought some years ago on Amazon.uk from a seller called richardmetcalfe4 (same last name of who Mastered the album at Townhouse Studios).

Hmm. Sorry, didn't notice the diffrent cd color, mine is cream like the original in your link. And the bracket is missing. Yours looks like the counterfeit one.

I correct myself, not 100% original.

Just to confuse things, the http://www.rogertaylor.info/fakes.html#thumb link says the bracket is missing on the original, but then purports to show a copy of the original but that also has the bracket on!!

CD colour is cream, the right bracket is missing on the back sleeve '11. Old men (lay down', while it is there at the booklet and on CD '11. Old men (lay down)'

Ah - I was looking at the bracket on the disc!

My disc is the UK version, fully signed by the whole band on the disc! :-)

The original is on the left and has only the first half of the parentheses. The bootleg is on the right and has both.
