Ha !! Indeed, the audiences were mixed at some of the shows, but not all.

I'll second what Pittrek said - "Brian's Wig" will do an excellent tape transfer.

Check Bokkepoot's database. It's there.

thank you, but one question:

anyone else hear little skips?
Yup. It's not a great tape transfer. It's probably because the computer wasn't fast enough to transfer a tape in real time, which would explain why the lagging begins part way through the long file.

Anthony says he's going to have a better tape transfer done, so let's just wait for that to happen.

it's one of the best old Queen audience recording that I've ever heard.
It's actually a soundboard tape. That's what makes this thing so special.

Did part one ever get the FLAC (or HD transfer) treatment?

Nope. It's all mp3 sourced.

Superb Anthony, thanks a lot. The wait was worth it :)!
I've PM'd you about doing a transfer with some good equipment.

HA - the "guitar solo" in Radio Ga Ga... Bri completely misses it, flubs one of the chords, and to compensate Freddie sings a few notes of it in falsetto.

Yeah that guitar solo in Hammer To Fall is amazing, it's not just one of the few occasions Brian nails it note-by-note, but it also sounds AWESOME. It really pushes Stuttgart '84 and 1st Vienna '86 around in my top-3 list, and I love those versions...

The jamming in Crazy Little Thing Called Love sounds great as well
