ok.look at it from this point of view......your main or head employe has left the company......now.what do you do.....shut the company or replace him.....well of course you replace him...youy aint gona close the company just because some one has left..whats the point of that.the company is still striving and making money,things are going well and sometimes you need a new director....now there are some clients who dont like the new employe and dont place orders..but...there are many new orders coming in...so the new orders replace the old ones who have left..now the new orders have just discovered the company who the old employe worked for has a very nice and large back catalouge(lets call it stock)and are interested in sampeling some of it.and as a result place a big order for backdated stock......an extra 50000 hits?.so the company is back to making money.and the name of the company continues to roll on.going from streanth to streanth........now this is the sticky point.........some outdated shareholders in the company dont like the new employee,and try to stage a buyout.and fail big time.......as the share stock rises with the new employee......you still with me??.....the directors of the company now have on there hands a new and younger generation wanting to know more aBOUT the company and start to buy the back stock/catalouge.......so the company will go on for a good long time selling there back catalouge/sales/stock.......for many years to come......

Although I "get it" (this will implant the story among kids who don't know and they MAY go back and watch a show with Freddie and think "oh, THAT'S what it's about!")
but for a group of friends like that, I found that bit pretty disrespectful. Leave the man one saving dignity. Signify that he's gone if you must (solo glove and hat for mj, beefcakes bass guitar in GWAR) but DON'T take HIS schtick!
