So.... it's bootlegged already! And this b****rd didn't even change the tracklist? So this is the new business model? Download shit for free, burn it on CD and sell? Where are the times when bootlegs were something special? When the bootleggers actually put some effort to it???
Even if you wrote DON'T BOOTLEG THIS, I was quite resigned :-(

Shame on you, DQA !
Same happened with my share back in 2010, the fuckers used the exact same tracklist, also the interviews I included in the Queenzone share... sadly this will keep going on.

There is still a market of people who aren't tech savvy enough to download files online.
A lot of these guys are baby boomers who shop at record shows.

There are people savvy enough to find an obscure website, but incapable of downloading?
Oh well, it is their money. If some people are stupid enough to buy cigarettes, why care if a few idiots buys CDR bootlegs.

Tell that to the guy on TTD who won't let out his Queen tape from 4-16-82 because his tape from the following night got bootlegged.
This pisses people off.
But bootlegging is a dying breed. Give it a few years.

The TTD guy is blowing things out of proportion. The bootleggers are small potatoes and are not worth worrying about.
Of course if he is happy sitting on 4-16-82 ... It is his prerogative.
Indeed. But at the end of the day - even if is blowing it out of proportion, he's still upset. Either we find a way to make him less upset or the tape doesn't come out.
And for those of us who like new tapes, that's kind of a big deal.

OK I have sun_city.z01 and sun_city.zip. How do I unpack them? If I double click on the .zip file I see all the filenames in CD1 and CD2 but trying to copy them out all the CD1 files give an error. I'm using Vista which my laptop came with. I've tried a command line unzip.exe and unrar.exe that I have and neither of them does any better. What format is this please and what software is capable of unpacking it?
(This is why I prefer torrents, they just work.)

You right-click on the .zip and then you click 'extract'. It should do all the work itself.

On Vista that fails in exactly the same way as double clicking the .zip file.
However, the mega.co.nz alternative of downloading the entire thing as a single .zip file worked fine.
