Why doesn't Queen or who ever want to release their Unreleased Tracks!?

I think they are well aware of what fans would ideally like to see, but if as an artist you dont consider the work ready to send out, why put it out, I totally get it, why release something just because people shout for it, who lets face it haven't heard all of it. I think it's easy to say 'just release it' but if they are unhappy with the tracks as they stand, and felt at the time they werent strong enough, what's changed? nothing.
personally I loved Made in Heaven, if they go back and do more someday I'll be happy, but I dont really want lots of bits of unfinished work put out just for the sake of it.

the last thing that I hear is that they want to release an anthology but as a goodbye project. Just in the moment that Brian and Roger can't do anything more on the music bussiness

Maybe they can record a new album of material and call it QUEEN - (minus)
