Without mentioning "weird for weird' s sake"
(Stuff like MERZBOW, SECRET CHIEFS, early FRANK ZAPPA album LUMPY GRAVY)
I'd say the soundtrack to BOMBAY BOYS. My brother's friend who was born into money got to take a trip around the world out of high school. He brought back that on cassette. I found it hilarious at times and frighteningly bad at others.
Then there's a couple of cues from the 1984 SOUNDTRACK by EURYTHMICS that always resonate in an eerie way for me. *(another reason I love that band)
Then of course there's the song FISH HEADS by I forget the band name.

Most of the psychadelic stuff from the 60's. I love most of it but it's really weird stuff

British industrial techno music, I wonder which drug they're on...? Sounds like white noise with a strange beat.

Pat Metheny's "Zero Tolerance For Silence" album!
I was getting into jazz fusion guitar back in the mid-90s....Mahavishnu Orchestra and such. I don't remember why exactly I bought this cd, maybe I read a favorable review of it somewhere. Certainly, it was NOT what I was expecting. The description on wikipedia just about nails it: "frantic, overdriven, intricately textured guitar soloing with occasionally distinguishable blues-like melodies."...with no accompaniment, either....
Listening to this again, I kinda find myself liking it.....still, the sort of thing I'd only listen to once in a great while! :D

I won't open up a can of free jazz on you (having said that: Sun Ra), but there's plenty of weirness there.
This was weird and fun though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLrnkK2YEcE
The video is pretty great, too!

There are two songs that i'll consider the weirdest i've ever heard. The 1st song is the disco version of "We Are One" from the Caligula soundtrack. I only heard a snippet of that song from a Cinema Snob episode, and it sounded good, so I decided to search the entire song. I like the music, it's really groovy and all. The lyrics? it's short, but you'll be saying WTF at the end. You'll know it when you hear the lyrics:

The 2nd one will be "Friends of Mine" by The Guess Who. My dad introduced this to me few months ago, and I should say this is the darkest, most psychedelic track i've ever heard, even outdoing "The End" by The Doors. I would describe it as a seedy fairground ride.
