In all the years of being a fan (29 of them), I don't think Queen have EVER actually released anything on the planned date.
It's par for the course for releases to be put back with Queen.

Can they take the DVD out and reduce the price by $15 please? Why the heck, if I have a Bluray player, would I EVER want to buy and play the DVD?

And WHY isn't there a download code included for a super duper, hi-quality resolution mp3 of the audio?
(Oh, and I want cassette please, not vinyl)

Hammersmith is 70 mins long, it cannot fit in a single vinyl so second part should be in the second LP, with time left for the three tracks from Budokan, simple maths.

considering the audio quality of tokyo 75, I highly doubt it will be released on any audio format...
unless it will be released a different and better source than the one appeared on the japanese DOOL documentary

Guys, i think nobody said more about the "box" that include a mysterious 12"...

It could be, maybe, CD+DVD+BD+ the announced Bohemian Rhapsody 12" for Record Store Day??? It is no neccesary to include the sound source in CD and LP and this 12" is listed as a 12", not as an album. About that, 2015 is also 40 anniversary from the song launchment, not only from ANATO.
