For me it's the LA 22-12-77 concert.

WHAT A SETLIST:
We Will Rock You (slow/fast), Brighton Rock, Somebody To Love, It's Late, Death On Two Legs, Killer Queen, Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy, I'm In Love With My Car, Get Down Make Love, The Millionaire Waltz, You're My Best Friend, Spread Your Wings, Liar, Love Of My Life, White Christmas, '39, My Melancholy Blues, White Man, The Prophet's Song, guitar solo, The Prophet's Song (reprise), Now I'm Here, Stone Cold Crazy, Bohemian Rhapsody, Keep Yourself Alive, Tie Your Mother Down, We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, Sheer Heart Attack, Jailhouse Rock, God Save The Queen

I really hope we'll get to hear this show one day!

Now, what do other Queen fans think about this? What is the concert with the best setlist? So, not a fantasy setlist but a set they actually did play back in the day.

Nope, he means White Christmas. It was a Christmas show (kind of), they even had Santa on stage with them for the encores. Plus exotic dancers, Christmas tree and various crazy sh*t. Unofrtunately all we have are photos and reviews, but an audience and possibly a soundboard recording do exist. I even heard about a 8mm film

stevelondon20: note the date.

From queenconcerts.com

The last night of this North American tour was very special - it was shortly before Christmas (December 22) so the band performed an acoustic version of White Christmas with several people (incl. John Reid and Peter Straker) on backing vocals. A recording apparantely exists although I admit I haven't managed to get hold of it yet.

As for me, this setlist is very good, but am probably stuck on the 'Jazz' tour setlists. WWRY/WATC as the closer might be the clincher. Kind of a toss up between the two.[/QUOTE]

It's hard to pick just one show, they played too many great shows in the 15 years they toured. But maybe Hammersmith Odeon 79 ?

This setlist is the ultimate for me because it has it all: great rocking songs, a beautiful acoustic set, fast energetic songs, crowd pleasers like watc/wwry, lighter stuff like loverboy...

Any setlist that doesn't include Spread Your Wings can fuck right off. Bitch.
