It was on YouTube briefly, so it's in the public domain now whether they like it or not.

Thanks for sharing. I particularly liked LOML. It is a pity that the music industry sucks.
In my opinion those "requests" are ludicrous and unforgivable, because those versions have never been officially released.

I think this might be due to Brian's unusually thin strings + Drop D tuning. Picking the low D string too hard will then cause the note to go sharp.
This effect can be heard in various live versions of Son And Daughter (though that doesn't even have drop D tuning).
