The old lady has just undergone a fairly big restoration, Andrew Guyton has done some great work, here is a shot pre-restoration of the back..

I always think it strange that BM's guitar seems to have needed more work in the twenty years since Greg Fryer's restoration than it did in the thirty years leading up to it.

It could have done with a restoration  well before Greg got his hands on it, also it did have some work, Paul Reed Smith did some work on it prior to Greg. I think things like the Rustins etc were pretty strong judging from my guitars, then when they finally do go it starts to fail fairly quickly
