It might be so, that mastering is different with different pressing/country etc... But it's not the case here.
Also it's quite interesting which pressings were made and differencies between them. For example I've never seen the original Capitol Records AKOM CD until several days ago.

I don't know if it can affect or be relevant but I've found this on the web; THE WORKS by Capitol. this one is DIDX 414.
the quality is poor but it can be read clearly.

Yes, DIDX code is printed on CD. But the runout of CD features CDP and EMI SWINDON. It means that disc manufactured in UK.
