HaHa Villiers,
The second photo you posted (with the black limo) other than Freddie, is a group of people I do not recognize. However
the first photo looks like one that Lee Nolan took.
Left to Right Back Row: Me (uuhhgg!), Freddie's NY Driver (forgive me, his name escapes me right now), Freddie, John Murphy,
Patrick, Phoebe
Front row: that hotel room destroyer, Bill Reid...LOL

Total coincidence. I wasn't in any way trying to throw fuel on the Barbara V. fire that's been blazing in this topic lately.
Thanks for the answers.
HaHa smilefairyqueen,
Just like you might look back and wonder how you could ever have worn, let's say, Big Hair, Brandon and I look back at our personal pics
that featured us in our 1980's style oh so popular "shorty-shorts" with absolute HORROR!...LOL

I was wondering if that was you! Lol thats great, thanks. Id love to see Lee's photos he put together for Freddie. Even just one! But that's the super fan in me talking. As someone who has lost somebody I cared for, I can also understand not wanting them online. Especially with Queen fans. The second they're posted, they're shared everywhere.
You're allowed to keep some precious memories and photos of your friend private without being called selfish. It's understandable.
Btw....
Nice shorts! LOL
Well Villiers,
I have a feeling that when I tell him about QueenZone (now maybe as early as Halloween), he will want to participate either
on here or on his own thread. He was pushed out of his long term job as Banquet Supervisor for the Dreamworks Studios
in LA and unlike Brandon or myself is still working for much lower salary than he made at Dreamworks at the age of 66. I
was lucky enough to retire at 60. And Brandon who in 1994 bought a "fixer upper" historic house (1913) in San Diego, and
is right now selling for 1 million, retired at 50. He was always the ant and I was the grasshopper, so he deserves it.
anyway, Lee might be interested in selling his photos, but I do not know for sure.
For those interested...Brandon's House for sale:
http://ranchophotos.com/3544-texas-st/ this is the unedited version so the room with the wrinkled sofa, the washer/dryer room
and the garage will be fixed up.

Interesting. Well if he ever is willing to sell he should know the value of the photos will be higher if they aren't spread around online first. Something Ive seen in the Queen collecting world. At the risk of sounding like a snooty collector, should he ever decide to sell and they aren't seen online, id buy them. It would be a nice addition to my collection.
As for the house, it's cute! One of my coworkers at the firm is into buying property big time. He's got homes in a few different states and his wife has been looking at different places around CA. I have no idea what kind of property they go for to be honest. But I can show this to them if you'd like.

Sure Villiers...the house is on the market.
Sent you a PM, Thor. Thanks. I'll keep you posted on what they say about the house
Oh Villiers and you can tell your friend that North Park has become a very trendy place because it was all renovated by gays. Hillcrest the original
gay center, right next door was completely renovated by gays since the 1970's but unfortunately, only the rich gays can afford it. Both communities
are considered the safest in the city, so now that many straights have moved in, they are introducing wonderful adorable children of many different
races. It sure looks like the parents enjoy this safety. As Brandon likes to say, "no one cares anymore if you are gay or straight, black or white."
Well at least this IS true in up and coming San Diego, California.

I always enjoy looking at Freddie photos. Thanks Villiers for those most recent ones. Mostly I love to see how happy he looked, but there is always a piece of me that just feels sad that he isn't here anymore to amaze us with his incredible talent. I'm sure looking at these pictures is a whole different experience for you Thor...especially if you haven't seen them in a while.
Hey Rainbow,
I love the pics, they conjure up beloved memories that were hiding deep in my brain, perhaps somewhere in my Medulla Oblongata...LOL

Thor, I missed your post about Truman, somehow my "email me when someone answers this thread" button got unclicked again, lol
Thanks for answering, 'In Cold Blood' it's my favorite book ever aswell, it would have been interesting to answer him a couple of questions yes, but I believe he wasnt much into "mingling" with "non famous" people.
Thanks :)
