Don't ask. I love the format and its aesthetics. I shoot 16mm myself (since this year) not to mention 35mm photography. Anyway, this is quite pointless but it's also a passion of mine so I thought I'd share anyway.
Most of the dust spots are removed.
Vertical scratches mostly removed.
Youtube's compression and pixelation mostly removed.
Mostly looks better, that is.
If you enjoy Queen and enjoy film format, you'll enjoy this small present hopefully.

You should do this professionally because the result is, as always, really great. Thanks for the share and your time, the clip looks so much better after your magic.

Thanks. Although I see why they wouldn't be bothered doing this. It takes a lot of time and is very expensive to hire a professional company for this.

They have contract with two major companies Hollywood records (Walt Disney group) and Universal records.... (Universal Group).
They don't have excuse.
Innuendo album cover was inspired by grandville who was inspiration to Walt Disney cartoon animal characters. Also the amimation of Days of our lifes was done by Walt Disney company.

I simply don't understand that this wonderful material has not been worked on by them. I know that is costs money but come on, this is precious and should be treated well. On the other side, it has some nostalgic feel to as in playing an old record which has it cracks and clicks from the time. But once again The Chief has done a marvelous job and he did it for free!

I don't think this kind of footage usually gets cleaned. It's neither a movie nor a concert film or a music video. It's archive footage. The fact that they rescanned it in HD format is great already. Oh right. The DVD thing.
