For me, it's very unlikely that they worked on two versions, when we know there even isn't an extended edit for DVD.

Credits err.. credit Bob Harris as the narrator. Didn't someone said that the one shown in Montreux didn't have a narrator? Maybe that's the difference.

If a clip is shown from his documentary, then technically he could be credited as a narrator.
