There's a handful of the same people on every post, commenting numerous times against the thousands of likes on the post and all the positive comments, lots from Queen fans sick of the negativity. Even one's who aren't interested in the shows or don't like Adam's voice are still defending him and saying they're happy for Brian & Roger and the fans who do. Just did a quick check on a post from 5th March - 1.8k likes 44 angry faces - do the math, or go read the comments.
Oh and Adam won't be fizzling anywhere after QAL, his fans will see to that, they are nothing if not loyal.
His fans can't tell the future though. Loyalty isn't enough to sustain his career. It takes so much more than loyalty.
Can I ask you a couple of questions, ( mainly because you are down to earth, reasonable ) has AL done anything in his career that you didn't like? What are your thoughts about him investing so much time with Q+AL? Please don't feel you are obligated to answer those questions.

I'm on Facebook, for pretty much all the Queen related sites, and forums and that is nonesense, there are a small handful of the usual suspects that keep posting just like here, and basiclly the only two that post here repeatedly are Happystar and Runner (how's hopefully been banned now..) There about the same amount of hate out there as there was for Paul Rodgers...
I actually don't think it's the same for AL the way it was for Paul. With Paul at least there was no concern about the homophobia. I bring that up because many Glamberts think homophobia is the reason for lack of airplay, promotion, sales, etc.
As for Paul, I look back at that time and I feel it was better then than Q+AL ever has been. My main quibble about Q+PR was the name Queen being used. I pretty much liked what Paul did with Brian and Roger, and vice versa. That was pure rock n roll to me.
But you didn’t go to see Paul either and yet you promote yourself as an expert on the matter as well as the live shows with Freddie!
What were the attendance figures for QPR compared to those for QAL?

I think initially he thought of QAL as just a few shows here and there, not a permanent thing and who wouldn't be happy to play with Bri & Roger, but it snowballed with each appearance and he would have been mad to turn it down IMO. I can see how it might have slowed his solo career down a bit but he manages to still fit other stuff in between times and I can't see it lasting too much longer, at least not on the scale they've been doing it. I think he genuinely loves playing with them and they seem like they have fun.
When you say has he done anything I don't like in his career, do you mean music wise or just generally as a person?

Yeah, I didn't go, I have admitted that before. I'm still allowed to give my POV. Obviously, you think of yourself as the self proclaimed expert on AL, while not knowing or caring about Queen and Freddie.
If you are going to continue to harp on my not going to shows, you haven't saw Freddie with Queen or Q+PR either. And you make it very clear who you like better.

Yeah, he sure keeps busy. I don't know how he does it.
His professional career, sorry for not explaining that.

Yeah he seems to have been in the studio the last couple of weeks so it looks like Album 4 is getting nearer.
Music wise I like some of his own songs, a few from each album. I can't say he's done anything in particular I dislike but there's things I think he could have done differently and the AMA's is definitely the one that stands out. It wouldn't have bothered me personally but I think he would have appealed to a lot more people had he done WWFM rather than FYE and just used his voice rather than trying to be edgy, but I get why he probably did it that way. His Glam Nation tour looked pretty out there from the vids I've seen, I think he was trying to be what he thought people wanted and kind of made a rod for his own back, it took a while to shake that off and I think he might have been taken more seriously if he'd done things differently straight off Idol. But that said he's who he is and if he tried to be different it probably wouldn't work and although he probably makes things harder for himself sometimes, I like the fact he won't compromise who he is, it's refreshing.
I wanted Adam to sing Time For Miracles at the AMAs and blow the audience out of their seats! That’s why I get so angry about Adele and Sam and their multiple Grammys. I could accept that graciously if Adam had received HIS recognition first!

I'm no Glambert, but I'm interested in what music he does next, and I hope it comes sooner than later.
I'm not heavily invested in him as some are, but I do wish EITN was released from TOH.
One thing I wish he would do, is put Idol behind him. I don't think he needed to appear on it in the last few years. I don't know if he will appear on it this time around, but honestly I hope not.

I will never understand your anger towards Sam Smith and Adele, because AL didn't do what you wanted him do, and therefore the audience wasn't blown out of their seats, and AL didn't get his recognition first. With this post of yours, you are proving exactly what I've been saying to you.
You will never accept Sam and Adele, going by all the things you have posted in the past. No matter what happens for AL, you won't accept anyone or anything you feel is in AL's way. You carry so much resentment and jealousy very deep when things don't happen for AL the way you want and possibly need things to happen for AL. I've seen it plenty in the past few years from you. Why is it so important for you?
BwBW
Yeah will be interesting to see what direction he goes in with this latest album, he's talking real instruments not electronic so sounds promising in theory. I quite like EITN as well, I think it would have been better than ALN but it's hard to know if the singles are Adam's choice or the label.
I think appearing on Idol gives him exposure but he hasn't any music to promote so I'm thinking he probably won't be on this time, unless it's mentoring again.
I am not banned-just bored by lamefart. All has been said. He is alraey forgotten now the tour has paused. Once the tour is over he will be gone for good to divebars and cruise ships again where he belongs this talentless twat

You wish, but it won't happen. He's far from talentless and he won't be going anywhere, but once he stops touring with Bri & Roger you won't have to know about it so there is that.
I’m hoping Adam has longevity like Tony Bennett! Since he hasn’t reached peak success like some others, maybe he will have staying power and not burn out quickly. It’s already 9 years since Season 8 of American Idol.
Thank Queen for keeping his career going because without them Lambdick would be well forgotten about by now.
