"Would have loved for them to have done an MTV Unplugged show"
One of those stupid, boring shows where they turn hard rock classics into soft, mushy ballads? I hope not!

I don`t know but maybe there would have been at least on album with hard(er) rock. Listen to I want it all / Was it all worth it/ Hitman / Innuendo / Headlong and with some changes a few others.
the seed of rock was still in them.
On the other hand they could come up with some bland pop numbers.

I agree with Queen was a great musician in the 90's.

Brian May would be living under the Hammersmith fly-over, lamenting the passing of time, gazing up at Ursa Major whilst swigging on a bottle of Blue Nun and getting the nightly low-down from his menagerie of urban foxes.
Anita would have ditched Brian for Freddie and she'd have sired a soccer team's worth of poodle-haired, buck-toothed b-list actors and actresses.
One of those would go to marry John Deacon and they would set themselves up in a caravan on the Leicestershire / Northamptonshire border, living off of the land and marketing an alternative way of living through John's privately published recordings and writings.
The Fredster, meanwhile, would have taken Tim Rice up on that offer of a gig as The Phantom Of The Opera and have bounced in to global stardom as a stage actor. His supporting staff of Straker, Fanelli and Freestone would be ensconced as fairy godmothers to all of Freddie's and Anita's children, educating them in the ways of dress-making and how best to create a daisy chain.
Roger Taylor, having split from Debbie Leng, would hook up with The Cadbury's Caramel Bunny, only to later find that he's, in fact, committing himself to a life with Miriam Margolyes.
Queen, the band, do nothing after 1993.

I suppose touring would be pretty big for them, had Freddie not contracted HIV. As someone wrote above, they would still have that legendary status they had in '86 and I'm sure they would capitalize on it. Return to the US after Wayne's World? Why not. With Prenter in his grave, it could be a success! As for grunge, Britpop, techno etc., I don't think they would be that bothered, for the same reason. They would still be Queen. I suspect they would make only 2 or 3 more albums after "Innuendo" in the 90s and hopefully, would still manage to sell them, although it's not that obvious. The reaction to "Innuendo" singles wasn't that great after all, with TSMGO only reaching no. 24 while Freddie was still alive. Wouldn't be surprised to see Freddie dabbling with electronica on his solo projects, but I don't think Brian and Roger would allow much of it on Queen's records. "Hot Space" taught them something after all. Freddie could do another duet with Pavarotti or someone. That's all I can speculate, hopefully, the reality would be a little less predictable than this.

'Wayne's World' came out about six months after Freddie died......so.....
had Freddie been healthy and continued on, BoRhap would not have been part of the movie.
Freddie in a wig and throwing bananas at a concert because of IGSM would not have occurred...because the song would never have been written, nor the video made.
The Miracle and Innuendo and Made In Heaven would not have existed. Nor would Barcelona...or all of The Cross releases.
tiresome

BoRhap would have been in the movie, I've red that Freddie watched the scene and loved it
The Miracle it would have existed, a couple of tracks may be changed liked Scandal and Was It All Worth It
Innuendo wouldn't have changed much either losing TSMGO and Delilah and maybe a song or two like the Hitman

They would have done some tacky Vegas shows, urged on by the money-grabbing fake hippies in the band, Brian & Rog.

They would continue creating musing as Queen, although i don't think they'd have major hits.
No major hits have come from Queen's era bends in 90's and onward. Same would be the case with Queen.
