Sorry about that I misunderstood you.I am not much of a plumber so assume you must live in apartments not a personal property.I thought It was all their responsibility when you rented someone else's property.

Oh geez, Thor. Flooding and (possible) water damage is maddening. For your sake I hope it's the horizontal pipes that created the problem and that everything will get fixed and any water damage in your unit will be fully covered.

Hopefully, with the parking garage being below (not living quarters), the life disruption will be somewhat manageable and only easily replaceable items got damaged ... hopefully only drywall and flooring needs replacement.

Saint, I dont really know what half the things you say mean but I dont give anyone that kind of power on this earth not man or woman.It was a plumbing issue that can be resolved.I certainly dont give Jim beach that power either .He is a man and puts his pants on the same way any other man would.

This is just my way of laughing and coping with adversity or a comedy of errors.

It is just entropy creating chaos as it always does. Not any higher (or lower) beings pulling strings.

As this is the 3rd incident (puncture, stone and clog) of "bad things come in threes", perhaps Murphy's law has finally finished running its course.

Thank you all for your good thoughts and wishes. Until it gets fixed, I have to check my bathroom every 2-3 hours and bail any water out from the sinks and into the toilet.
Thank God the toilet is still flushing.
Just the way I wanted to spend Easter...flushing the toilet...oh well, things happen!
