Okay, I had heard that these two had played a show(s) together at around this time. But I wasn't sure if this was folklore or not and I certainly didn't think there was video footage.

This is crazy.

So there's footage of Roger and John playing A Kind of Magic, We Will Rock You and Another One Bites the Dust with Paul Young, who is all over the place.

I'm not sure if there is video of more of the Queen songs.

Pretty glad that someone captured this strange era for the band.

John may have realized right here that there is no way Queen worked live without Freddie.

Never saw John Deacon on that film but Roger was there. Looked like a cheap shoddy event by all accounts!

Who is the Cowdray fellow, and how did he ruin the show?

Great deal.

Yeah I'm not sure that's accurate, most of the Wintershall charity stuff was big bucks to get in and I seem to remember this was the same, I was looking at going at the time

In 2016 tickets were GBP100-150 for another charity event

1993 prices mentioned before could be correct if you compare them to the 2016 ticket prices

Wow - neat to see this obscure show mentioned in Rolling Stone. Kudos to their writing team.

I'm not sure, all I know is when I tried to get tickets at the time it was £500, black tie and Champaign dinner,
