It's, Just One year Of Love, Is better than a life time alone......Not sure if you're Joking or not.

He's got to be kidding surely. Fred clearly says Just.
This place used to be great, but now it is an absolute joke. For serious Queen discussion, please visit http://www.queenforum.net

I'd think so too Steve london....only there's nothing comical about "Don't one year of love"....which would suggest a typo to me. .

A more interesting question is this: who plays the guitar solo on the Townhouse demo? And was it the right decision to cut it out in the final mix?

Too much earwax is a bitch.

I just listened carefully.
I think he say "just" a little unclear but it's not " don't " .

Unlike most on this site, I like the Sax solo instead of guitar for this song. Nothing great, but another nice little tune from John.

Same. It fits the song. Never a fav, but 'of it's type' just fine.

I remember hearing it on the radio blaring out in a square in france summer '89 and it was just perfect.

Why would anyone would even speak of this song? One of the worst. When Freddie stopped singing and started screeching.

Freddie is singing "just one year of love" not "Dont one year of love"
I feel you have cloth lugs lol

Never heard the Version with guitar dolo. Freddies vocals are great

Agree with the dismissive one above. It's Freddie doing a sad cheesy Michael Bolton impersonation.

Maybe if it was sung sweeter rather than all tense
