Any update on your dad, Icy? I have been thinking of you off and on all weekend. I hope there is news and that it is good!!

It was a tumor, thats why his brain surgery was so important and had to be removed as soon as possible. I don't know if it was fully removed just yet.
There were tests on his abdomen mass on Sunday. He's still in the hospital with no word or even a hint when he might be released.
It's a terrible, scary time.
Thanks again snifflese. It means a lot.

Really sorry to hear that you must be worried sick, really hope things improve soon.

If this proves to be a success, do you think he may walk away from Queen?

Catching up on posts here. No I don't think he will walk away from touring with Brian and Roger anytime soon.

No,he's just one person among a lot of singers doing one song, he's not doing the entire thing.

The box score linked above makes interesting reading. A few hundred empty seats at the first few concerts but the final 3 we're all sell outs. Looks like it got fuller as time went on. From the videos on YouTube, it looks like there isn't a bad seat in the house. Even at the very back you're probably closer to the stage than I was at halfway back at the Toronto show. I may take a look at going if they do it again.
