So just think any lead singer is just not good enough after Freddie because Freddie was not your average lead vocalist he was very very special and made Queen the band they became.

I'll make a guess that Togg is right about one thing, that you aren't a musician, because all the one's I know are very open minded and don't have rigid ideas about how things should be and they all love other talented people, it's not a competition to them. There's a million different ways to do any music, it's very narrow minded to be so fixed on just one. Yeah Freddie rocked, he was the ultimate showman, had an amazing voice and will never be forgotten, but he's gone and life has to carry on. Brian & Roger are musicians, it's what they love to do, it's not just a job to them and despite what you say Adam is great, that's just bias talking on your part. Yeah there will be people who don't like his voice but there's lots that do and he's helping them carry on having fun doing what they love and the audience are having a great time too. And speaking of getting some unknown kid to replace a singer, what about Stone Temple Pilots, they did exactly that with Jeff Gutt (X Factor).

There is a ton of brilliant music in this world besides Queen, and plenty of it has been far more influential on popular culture and the evolution of music than Queen. You're fixated on one band that existed for 20 years. Music has existed for thousands of years and across countless cultures, and you're declaring it all to be inferior to one rock singer.

I totally rejected the Q+PR stuff and it's taken me this long to appreciate it. I just wish I hadn't been a stick in the mud and gone to see them and enjoy it.
Which is why I will always be interested in what Q&AL do - set lists, stage set etc. because it's the band I love and have given me so much pleasure finding a way forward.

AL did an interesting speech in Lisbon just before DSMN which people should listen to. Totally staged of course, but an interesting open hand to the haterz.

Do you mean the No Freddie speech? I've seen tons of interviews with Adam and although that is staged he does mean it and it works, probably because people can sense he's sincere.
