From some of Freddie's interviews one can get a sense how hyperactive his mind is, but here, he is in overdrive. I don't know if its nerves, too much coffee or something stronger (wink wink), but boy oh boy is he all over the place. Very unusual speaking style. Dropping sentences and in some cases words in the middle and switching to next one, thus creating complete chaos in terms of conveying ideas, but interestingly, he still manages to get the point across.
At 8:56 in the video he seems to have a momentary shutdown. No wander?! When you are racing with your own thoughts, that is bound to happen.
Well, most geniuses have peculiarities. I guess this is Freddie's.

Indeed. This was even a thing in his interviews in the 70s, before cocaine. His brain just moved quicker than the words could come out of his mouth.
