Thanks! I was there! My first ever Queen related gig!
My jaw ached for a week afterwards due to how anxious I was before the gig. Nothing ever triggered that on me, neither before nor after that. That's how important the occasion was to me. Literally jawbreaking. :)
I loved the gig, even if it was way too short.
Cheers,

At least he doesn't wrap it up in a flac jacket.

sorry but only got this128 kbps MP3 hardware encoder. I have other tapes that I can turn into MP3. But I do not want to spoil anyone. I'm just trying to put things ingrained here. I know quye is not FIFA standard but achop important to share.

I'm all for quality preservation, but when someone posts their 25 year old tape for the first time, gratitude must come before schooling someone on tech stuff.
Basic sensitivity for others is a good life skill.

Thanks a lot for taping and posting !
If you still have the original long WAV file from the transfer, encoding it to FLAC with a program like FLAC Frontend will preserve the quality (mp3 has quality loss).
But happy to hear this either way - it's amazing to hear how much you folks in South America love Queen.

There is no "original long WAV file from the transfer", ezcap231 is a standalone mp3 converter. But it has an analog out and can be used as a cassette player.
Maybe you can obtain a proper transfer from wnilsen by employing your favorite life skill - persuasion.

Flattering. Better that than being a tactless prick who spends 95% of their time here criticizing others.
But I'll pass, thanks. The taper can do what he likes.

Instead of trolling, why don't you post that London 12-10-80 tape you've been carrot dangling? Or is it just more fun being a troll?
So instead of being useful, you guys have found a way to turn someone's archival instincts for the betterment of a music community into a negative character trait.
