I wonder if this is the same audience recording which was used in this merge?

I haven’t really got into Brian’s solo career yet but I’m planning to, so I’ve no idea on sources etc.

Ask the two guys who posted above me. Clearly I'm too persuasive in seeking these kinds of answers, so you're best left to actual experts like them.

yes Seligman used this K7 (audience recording) as the base of the mix along with TV broadcast (DoRo documentary) + some bits from the radio broadcast.

Ahh, that’s great! Thanks for giving us the raw source! :)

Raw indeed, can't be easily digested. It has more mp3 ringing artifacts than a wind chime, while Brian moans like a wounded animal.

Here is a nice video that will help you get a better result from your equipment wnilsen. Rather than using the USB digital output though, use a cable with a 3.5mm Stereo Jack Plug at each end. Plug one end into the headphone output / aux (analog) of the player, the other end to the line in port of your PC. Adjust the volume control on player and capture using a stereo 32 bit float at 44.1hz, saving to a stereo 16 bit 44.1hz flac file. Your player will need to be powered by a suitable AC/DC adapter or internal batteries when using this method. I do hope that this useful advice is not construed to be troll like by Chinwonder2 et al.

aristide1, it's unfortunate everyone seems to bemoan you.
