A Queen fan's final take on Adam Lambert

I posted the full concert from Freddie’s birthday for all to see. When I watched it all of the way through, all Brian said when he played LOML was that it was a special day. He did not mention Freddie’s birthday so I think it was s group decision, not Adam’s, to sing Happy BD when they did.

I just read all of icy’s unwarranted, hateful, bitter, anti-Adam remarks at QOL regarding the premiere of the biopic movie. Yes, you did have a lot to do with people being banned over there with your hateful remarks. My only “sin” was being positive about Adam and for that I have no need to ever apologize!

What are you on? I wasn't being hateful over there. Yes, I hope AL has nothing to do with the biopic, and I hope he doesn't attend the premire of it. It's not his story and not his life. He isn't the spokesperson for Queen or Freddie, although he sure thinks he is these days.

So you think the frontman for QAL these last almost 180 some shows, the person who Brian and Roger picked to work them, the person they seem to love like family, the person who has helped spread the Queen music for 6 years, that person should not attend the premiere. There will be plenty of people who have zilch to do with Queen and it is OK for them to attend the premier? I imagine most of the people attending are not part of the story and it is not their life. I think you need to look up the word hate. See, I knew if I said that about AL and the premire you and sweetcaroline would have issues with it and he fist to rant about what I posted, surprise, surprise. Adam Lambert can't sing rock music believable on stage, that makes him a compromise for the band and the Queen fans.

He can't play an instrument and the most negative thing about him is he can't make/create music or lyrics, that makes him a lesser artist, making new songs for Queen is impossible! AL does not have the style or the skills.
However I watch them playing live with him, 50% of Queen is better than nothing.

You and I had a run-in a little while ago when you kept directing focus to a number of horrible remarks by means of quotes, making every effort to keep a dead topic alive in spite of calls of other Zoners to leave it because it is so offensive, simply because you wanted to push your point.

I completely understand that so many people are angry with the little gang of extremely offensive anti-AL spammers here.

However, YOU have absolutely NO RIGHT to complain, because YOU are yourself constantly spamming and flooding about AL. You tell me that I want Adam in the limelight and I am bigging him up. You are a nutjob at this point, I think is would be nuts to exclude him and I stated why in a previous post. So, all the fans can go and I am sure a lot of reporters, media people, but Adam needs to butt out even though he has been a huge part of the Queen activitiy over the last 6 years? Icy, you don't have to SAY it, it comes through in every little dig you make about him or someone who likes QAL. You don't ever blatantly say, I hate him, but that is what reading for context is all about. Everything you say (except I like Save Me), shows your great animus towards him. I post rarely on QOL and there is no need now to do so. I post here and you basically wrote the same thing in both places. You are extremely vindictive and not at all self aware to say the least. You wonder why people have issues with you, but you just don't seem to see what you do that triggers that. I did ask you why do you hate Adam so much, because you clearly do. Wanting him removed from the movie opening is about as blatant as animus can be. Why does it matter so much to you other than you are totally Freddie obsessed which you always say is untrue. snifflese, I know you are too smart to be taken in by her bait and switch to get you in trouble with her Thunder buddy that she brown noses like she did with me. She posted I was rehashing Adam articles (on the Adam thread) and lo and behold that was the reason given for the ban. It was a different article with more info, but HE hates Adam as much as she does, Just a busy body who minds everyone’s business except her own!
