First I say this, I fully support this collaboration and have no personal issues with it at all. In fact I wish Queen would be open to more of their catalog and allow him to sing them.

Having said that, after these many years of live shows, my conclusion is this. Adam has a great voice and is a great singer. However what Adam is not is a great performer. He's usually almost standing still and when he does move it's usually the same hip gyrations and whatnot. Also his audience interaction leaves quite a bit to be desired.

So there's good and there's bad but to me, overall it works just fine.

What kind of movement do you think Adam should do to be considered a good performer? He does not just stand in front of a microphone like some other singers I could name.

I guess you don’t believe this is audience connection:

It's odd how Lambert's fans can only see the negatives.

Sorry, Michael. I do appreciate your positive comments. But I wonder if you are making a comparison to Freddie who was in constant motion running up and down ramps, etc. My favorite Freddie move is his adorable two-step shuffle across the stage. I believe Rami duplicates it in the biopic unless that is an actual shot of Freddie’s famous footwork they show in the movie trailer.

You have opened a can of worms ;-). Some Glamberts will defend their guy...no matter what.

“AL is not a rocker”

That hurts! Better not tell B and R !!!

Adam seems like he is acting way too much onstage. And it really shows with Brian and Roger. Yea, rock music isn't his forte. Especially while singing covers of the heavier stuff.

Hooray for Brian and Roger who are the rockers on stage with Adam. I think THEY know best!

I see Michael posted the same thing on QAL and the same old fuddy duddies who have never seen a QAL show are still singing the same tune! One guy is in love with Marc and I suppose he thinks that guy is a better performer?????

Where on Q+AL...never noticed a board for them.
Everyone is entitled to say how they feel by the way. You don't like it when people say things you don't like or agree with.
Clearly, where those things are being said, you want to reply to it.

Lamebert has no connection to rock music whatsoever. He is acting as if he was a rocker and failing miserably. His little girls voice on the heavy tracks is just comedy gold

QOL not Q+AL. Queenonline not Q+ALonline. Boy, you sure let that slip!
I bet you were there to reply to it.

I never said I was perfect. Obviously, though, you are butthurt by what some are saying about your AL and you can't reply to it elsewhere. LMAO.

Nope, I just laugh at them because they are still stuck in their rut!

FD and his “wooden” comments still cracks me up! If he went to a live show he would be jumping up and down, unless of course HE is too wooden!
