Seriously, I am actually feeling a bit humbled. I wasn't expecting this feedback, so thank you very much guys :)
I'm doing really well these days, Mike, thank you for asking. Doing way better on the depression and anxiety front, all the traveling I'd been doing (Japan, Hong Kong, Europe) over the past year, and the socialization that's come with those ventures has been doing amazing wonders for my mental health. Credit where it's due also to my amazing girlfriend and some close friends I've forged strong bonds with in recent times for their support as well.
My kids and my
band have also been doing excellently too, couldn't ask for better.
Just doing my best as always to take things one day at a time, and that's the least I can do.
Glad everything's going good for you...Trust me, I been through it all..Support system is Important. One day at a time....That's why I stick up for Gerry. Not saying he has or doesn't have mental Health issues. Perhaps OCD lol, but I don't like when people pile on one person even if they're annoying.

You've certainly got out and seen some places which has no doubt filled the memory tank (and camera) with lots of positive views.
